Mission Our mission is to help achieve a quality child care system accessible to all Oklahoma families through community-based resource and referral services. Agency Profile Child Care Finders is a program of Community Development Support Association (CDSA). Since 1993, Child Care Finders has provided resource & referral services in northwestern Oklahoma. Child Care Finders is a member of the Oklahoma Child Care Resource & Referral Association, a statewide network of nine regional child care resource and referral agencies. The Association provides funding and support to help Child Care Finders offer quality child care resource and referral services to families, providers, businesses, and the community. Funding is provided by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services Division of Child Care through the Child Care Development Block Grant.
