Becoming a Licensed Child Care Provider - Child care providers fill an important need in the community...while doing work that they love...caring for children.
If you are interested in expanding the supply of child care in your community, Child Care Finders can assist you with:

Guidelines to help you set-up your child care business and get your license.
- Training to help you manage your business and provide quality care.
- Toy/resource lending library for developmentally appropriate toys and equipment and educational resources to assist you with program development.
- Referrals that parents looking for care to your business.
- Connections to other child care providers, professional child care associations, and expert advice on child care issues.

For any of these services, contact us. Child Care Finders wants to help interested people like you explore the possibility of becoming a vital part of your community...a child care provider.

- Referrals - Parents will call us when they need assistance finding child care. When your service matches their needs, we will supply them with your name, phone number, and other information you have given us about your program.

- Technical Assistance - Call us when you need assistance with questions regarding your child care services. Your questions may range from developing policies and procedures to handling specific situations with parents or children.

- Workshops - Once you have joined Child Care Finders, your name will be placed on our mailing list. You will receive our newsletter which contains up-to-date information about care giver training programs throughout our 15 county area. Training through Child Care Finders counts toward your training requirements from DHS Licensing. The training also qualifies for STARS training hours. For further information click here Calendar or on the Training link above. If you have any special training needs or interests, please contact us with your suggestions or requests.

- Provider Registration/Update - Child Care providers may list their Child Care business and receive free Child Care referrals.
This service is free to Child Care providers. Please fill out the following form to register or update your program with us. Please choose an option below. My program is listed in the CCF database. - Resource Room and Library - We have teacher resource books and children's books available to be checked out. If you live outside the Enid area, simply call us and we will mail the books you need. We also have a copier, laminator, and Ellison machine for you to utilize at our center.

- Toy Lending Library and Resource Room - Child Care Finders has some of the best educational toys and equipment which can be checked out.
